This policy explains what Vintage Geek Design LLC — the Texas limited liability company doing business as cateringleads.ai and PartnerPlate — collects when you use the service, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it. It covers both our clients — the catering businesses and event venues with accounts — and the business contacts our clients reach out to.
Account information. Your name, email address, a hashed password, business name, physical mailing address, phone number, and website.
Business profile information. What we need to write outreach in your voice: for a catering client, your menu and prices; for an event-venue client, your packages, rates, capacity, and event offerings. For both: your service area, the kinds of customers you want, named target businesses, brand assets such as your logo and photographs, and the notes you enter in Settings.
Login and session data. An access token stored in your browser so you stay signed in, plus server logs of requests to the service, which include IP address and timestamps and are used for security and troubleshooting.
Billing metadata. Your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status and renewal date, and the date, version, and originating IP address of each acceptance of the Terms — at signup and at checkout. We never receive or store your card number.
Website assistant conversations. If you use the question assistant on our marketing website, we save the questions you type and the answers it gives, grouped under a random identifier your browser creates for that one conversation. If you choose to leave a message, we also save the email address and the message you enter. Your IP address is used briefly to limit abuse and is not stored with the conversation.
Outreach and performance data. The emails drafted and approved for you, when they were sent, delivery outcomes, opens, bounces, replies received, and the notes and outcomes you record in your dashboard.
Prospect business contact data. Business names, addresses, roles, work email addresses, and phone numbers for the businesses we research on your behalf. This is business contact information, not consumer data — see Section 5.
We use this information to run the service you signed up for: to research prospects, draft outreach in your voice, send approved emails under your name, track delivery and replies, show you performance, support your account, and bill your subscription. We also use aggregate, de-identified activity to keep the service reliable and improve how it works. We use website assistant conversations to answer the visitor, to reply to messages left for us, and to improve the answers the assistant gives.
We do not sell your data. We do not use one client's business information, menu, or results to benefit another client, and we do not share your data with other clients.
Card details never touch our servers. Payments run through Stripe Checkout and the Stripe billing portal. Stripe collects and processes your payment details directly under Stripe's privacy policy, including the billing address Stripe uses to calculate sales tax. We store only the identifiers and status described in Section 1.
We use these vendors to operate the service. Each one touches only what it needs to do its job, and this list is kept current as the stack changes:
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or to a successor if the business is sold — in which case this policy continues to apply until you are told otherwise.
To make introductions on our clients' behalf — catering and food-service introductions for a catering client, event and group-booking introductions for an event-venue client — we compile business contact information from public and third-party commercial sources: business names, locations, roles, work email addresses, and phone numbers. This is information about businesses and the people who represent them in a business capacity.
If you received an email and want it to stop: reply with the word “unsubscribe” and you will not be contacted again for that sender. Opt-outs are recorded and honored automatically and permanently, and they survive account deletion — see Section 6. Every outreach email also carries the sending business's physical mailing address.

Data is encrypted in transit. Each client's records are isolated so one account cannot read another's. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Access to production systems and API credentials is limited to the people who operate the service. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can view and correct most of your information yourself in Settings. To request a copy of your data, correct something you cannot edit, or delete your account, email hello@cateringleads.ai and we will respond within 45 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — for example under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act or the California Consumer Privacy Act — to know what is collected, to correct or delete it, to obtain a portable copy, and to appeal a refusal. We honor these requests regardless of your state. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
The dashboard. The dashboard uses no analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels at all. It stores a login token and a few interface preferences in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in and your layout is remembered. Clearing your browser storage signs you out.
Our marketing websites. Our public websites use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages people find useful. It is cookieless: it sets no cookie, stores nothing in your browser, does not fingerprint your device, and does not follow you to other websites. It records the page visited, referring site, and coarse details such as country, browser, and device type, and it does not build a profile of you or identify you personally.
Our own visit signal. Our marketing websites also send one
first-party signal to our own server after a visitor scrolls or stays on
the page for about ten seconds — a check that a real person, rather than
an automated mail-security scanner, opened the page — and we also record
when a visitor clicks a link that leaves our site and which site it went
to. Each signal records the page, the referring site, the campaign tag
carried in the link you followed if it has one (for example, that the
link came from one of our LinkedIn posts), and coarse browser and
operating-system type (such as screen width and time zone). It sets
no cookie, stores nothing in your browser, does not keep your IP address,
and does not build a profile of you. To turn it off in your own browser,
open either site with ?beacon=off added to the address (for
example
www.partnerplate.com/?beacon=off);
visitors who opt out this way have a single opt-out flag stored in their
browser's local storage and nothing else, and ?beacon=on
clears it.
The website assistant. The question assistant on our marketing website contacts our server only when you send it a question or a message. It sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser; the conversation is held in the open page and is gone when you reload or leave.
We use no advertising cookies, ad pixels, retargeting tags, or cross-site trackers anywhere. Because nothing we run is used for advertising or cross-site tracking, there is no consent banner.
We may update this policy. Each version carries the version date shown at the top of this page. Material changes to what we collect, who we share it with, or how long we keep it will be announced by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
